TOM Executive is pleased to partner with one of our longstanding clients in the financial services sector to recruit a Wellbeing Health and Safety Specialist within their Organisational Development team.
Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to support leaders, employees, and key stakeholders across the business while driving improvements in WHS practices. From managing projects that enhance WHS outcomes to delivering empathetic coaching and support, you'll play a crucial role in spearheading safety initiatives and fostering a safe work environment.
- Oversee and manage WHS projects to meet business needs and enhance employee experience
- Develop and execute national Safety and Wellbeing programs
- Promote and facilitate the implementation of WHS standards and initiatives
- Provide accurate WHS advice and guidance to ensure safe work practices
- Keep informed on the latest WHS legislation, evolving industry trends, and updates in business strategy and policy
Skills & Experience
- Relevant qualifications in WHS or related disciplines
- Previous experience in a similar role with demonstrated knowledge of safety legislation and regulatory requirements
- Experience across both Wellbeing and Work Health and Safety
- Experience in providing empathetic WHS coaching and support
- Proficiency in data management, analysis, and reporting
