Are you passionate about workplace health and safety? Evolve Talent is seeking a dedicated Health & Safety professional to join our client, working within the Social Infrastructure division.
About the Role & Client:
The role reports to the National Zero Harm Manager and works very closely with local stakeholders, providing safety support and advice across multiple sites in the Sydney basin region.
Our client are seeking a true business partner who can provide advisory support and safety solutions to their stakeholders. They require a proactive safety professional with a robust personality who can engage with the business and coach leaders in continually improving safety performance and drive a positive and engaged safety culture.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven ability to influence, coach and engage with stakeholders
- Confidence in your technical expertise to advise on all aspects of safety
- Broad WHS skill set including auditing, risk management, investigations, systems implementation and injury management
- Ability to manage and communicate risk effectively
- Strategic mindset and approach to safety
- Formal qualifications in WHS or related discipline
- Exposure to diverse risk profiles/industries
Location & Roster:
This role is based in Sydney, with travel to various sites within the region. The position offers a Monday to Friday roster.
