- Assist in the preparation of HSE reports and documentation.
- Provide administrative support for HSE activities, including documentation and record-keeping.
- Maintain and update all HSE records including registers, inductions, onboarding of employees, drug & alcohol testing
- Support, coordinate and provide advice on safety practices, systems and procedures
- Attend daily toolbox / prestart meetings to keep abreast of project OHS initiatives and activities.
- Coordinate health & wellbeing training, workshops, meetings and site inductions
- Undertake administration duties for the project & HSEQ business unit
- Influencing a positive attitude and commitment towards safety across the business
- Diploma Safety in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent
- Ideally 1+ years' experience in a similar role within Health and Safety teams
- Ability to build relationships and rapport with people at all levels
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of risk assessment and monitoring of risk controls
- Strong investigative and auditing skills.
