Bundara West is seeking aHealth & Safety Advisor who identifies as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander to be part of our shutdown and project delivery team based across our wide range of clients across Western Australia. The position will initially be based in our office in Rivervale, W.A and will require regular travel to sites (must be able to travel and possibility to go into a FIFO roster as Bundara West grows). 
  
In this position you will be hand’s on, providing a wide range of Health & Safety support to an all-Indigenous team.  We are willing to fully support the successful candidate in completing Certificate IV in Work Health Safety. Key responsibilities include:
  

  • Identify, assess, and monitor project risks
  • Foster a positive, safe, healthy, and sustainable company culture
  • Conduct HSE inspections, audits, and follow-up on completed actions
  • Engage in interactive field activities to mitigate risks
  • Manage incident and hazard reporting processes and actions
  • Analyse project HSE performance and provide guidance
  • Drive HSE competence and compliance
  • Educate, guide and mentor on-site teams regarding HSE matters

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
