Salary- Interpret and communicate regulatory EHS requirements, develop strategies for compliance, identify and manage EHS risks, and ensure adherence to ISO 45001/14001 standards.
- Support organisational training programs, oversee injury management and return-to-work processes, and facilitate EHS audit and inspection programs.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on key EHS performance indicators, review and support business tender responses, and investigate incidents with corrective actions.
- Influence leaders and team members to improve safety culture, manage relationships, implement the EHS framework, and escalate issues to the management team.
- Ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in a Work Health Safety role or for professional students in the final stages of completing their qualifications in Work Health and Safety, aspiring to transition to a professional Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) role.
- A Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or higher) is preferred.
- Technical knowledge of Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation, coupled with a proven track record of implementing sound practices within organisations.
