About your new role…
Due to a recent internal promotion we have an exciting opportunity to join the team at our Moorabbin Manufacturing Site in VIC. Your role of Health, Safety & Wellbeing Partner offers day to day variety and partners with our Australian CCEP Supply Chain Teams. You will offer expert recommendations and solutions for the business on Health & Safety gained through comprehensive analysis, best practice research and external benchmarking in partnership with the Health & Safety Centre of Excellence. This role partners with the Manufacturing team and leads significant programs of work in support of our goal of zero life changing injuries.
The role will impact business outcomes through understanding the needs of the business and tailoring their solutions for maximum benefit. The role also works with other Health & Safety Business Partners across Australia to support local teams with the delivery of their safety priorities.
What will you be doing?
- Participate in the implementation of the Health & Safety frameworks, tools, processes and reporting, ensuring effective implementation, change management and proper governance into the business areas you support.
- Be curious to learn and understand how CCEP executes its operations across all business units, the safety culture, limitations and opportunities at all worker levels across CCEP and use this insight to inform targeted safety programs and initiatives.
- Embed revised policies, procedures and frameworks to ensure Health & Safety services and solutions support business and people outcomes.
- Partner across CCEP supply chain stakeholders to plan for, respond to and solve critical safety issues and incidents as they occur.
- Engage with our leaders to reframe their role to one of Safety Mentor and Safety Enabler through increased capability, engagement and proactivity.
- Be part of continuous improving the ways of working within the Health & Safety team including processes, reporting and insights generation.
- Anticipate and respond to key market / environmental / regulatory developments, trends, opportunities or threats, and develop collaborative action plans to proactively improve the Safety & Wellbeing of our people.

- Prior experience in a Health & Safety Business Partner role.
- Experience of diagnosing, analysing and formulating Health & Safety solutions.
- Proven relationship management experience in particular working collaboratively and cross functionally, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Reporting and Insights management, with ability to turn data into information into action.
