About this role
This role provides case management for an allocated caseload, including occupational therapy specific assessment and treatment programs, other therapeutic interventions, education, counselling and care to mental health consumers, significant others and family, and care coordination with other services, using a client centred, recovery focused model of care.
This role reports to the Senior Occupational Therapist.
