The Opportunity
This is a newly created role that will lead the formulation of strategy in the Amplar Health prevention squad.
The key responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end development of Amplar Health's prevention programs strategy
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to drive actionable insights
• Define workflow and success criteria for strategy development
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the preventative health market and key developments
• Manage and influence key stakeholders for strategy endorsement
• Align strategy and implementation with broader Amplar Health and Medibank strategy

Reporting into the Prevention Squad Lead, you also will be working closely with other members of the prevention squad/hub, Health operations, Business development, Marketing, customer experience, Frontline teams, Tech & Ops including digital amongst other stakeholders.
About You
This role suits an impressive Consulting Leader who can draw on their breadth of strategy experience to guide the end-to-end development of Amplar Health's prevention programs and ambitions. Your resume will showcase your ability to cover all elements from research to qualitative/quantitative analysis, managing and influencing key stakeholders and also through to strategy endorsement.
