Your Opportunity
Utilising your existing Healthcare Recruitment experience and coupling this with our respected brand and national panel of contracts, you will become the market specialist in your healthcare sector and position yourself as the go-to person for your clients and candidates. 

Your Role

• Targeted recruitment and promotion initiatives to educate the candidate market about Vanguard Health.
• Build a team around you of like minded recruitment professionals that will support the extraordinary growth of the Vanguard business.
• Activate the power of our significant internal databases and social media programs to source potential candidates.
• Conduct screening, interviews, and reference checks in a friendly and professional way.
• Maintain meticulous candidate records using industry leading CRM and people management systems.
• Actively cultivate and enhance relationships with candidates, ensuring they feel valued and supported
• Play an active role in providing market insights to senior staff to support constant evolution of our offering for our clients.
• Embrace a culture of high personal standards where high quality operational execution and striving for continuous improvement is the norm. 
   

About You

• A minimum of 6 years Healthcare Recruitment experience
• A proven track record of exceeding targets and KPIs
• Exceptional relationship management skills, able to build long lasting relationships, often over the phone
• A commercial mindset, able to present recruitment services and solutions to potential clients
• An expert at proactively sourcing and attracting high-calibre candidates through various channels
• Resiliency, you strive for excellence and are a curious person who explores new ways of doing and drives opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience in leading others to high performance.
