Our Opportunity   Work Location: Cloudbreak   Fortescue’s Cloudbreak mine is located on the traditional lands of the Palyku and Nyiyaparli peoples.   Roster: 7D7N14R FIFO from Perth We are currently seeking suitably experienced HD Fitters to join the Cloudbreak Mobile Maintenance team. Working in the Drill Maintenance Department you will be required to carry out the safe execution of scheduled maintenance and repairs to a range of production drill rigs supporting Fortescue's mining operations. You will be responsible for carrying out repairs and inspections on various rigs with particular focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.   Our lifestyle roster means that you can balance your work and family life. Key Responsibilities Maintenance of Pit Viper 271’s, Caterpillar MD6310’s and Epiroc D65 machines. Diagnostics & fault finding. Workshop and pit duties as required. Ensure FMG and site operations procedures and policies are followed. Qualifications and Experience Australian recognised trade certificate. Previous experience maintaining drill rigs.. Previous mining experience is preferable. High regard for safety. Heavy Rigid Driver’s License.
