SalaryJust Jap Trucks Spares is a Japanese truck Wreckers based in Stapylton, Queensland. We are looking for a experienced Heavy vehicle Mechanic to Rebuild Engines, Diffs and Gearboxes in our Workshop.
We require a self-motivated, go getter to join our team helping to Rebuild Engines, Diffs & Gearboxs and prepare then for Sale or installation. We need someone willing to adapt and able to work independently and as part of a team. Must have initiative and be able to take direction.
The role is predominately bench work.
The role also requires someone to help service and maintain some of our Heavy Trucks and Excavators.
Someone with the below skills and experience will be preferred:
Mechanical experience with knowledge of Japanese Trucks
Knowledge of European trucks and Plant Machinery will also be highly sought after.
Forklift Ticket
Own Tools Essential.
This is a Manual Labour role and may require some physical fitness.
Car License will be essential as there isn't much public transport Nearby
This is a Casual Position with the view to full time with above award rates for the Right applicant.
38-hour week, Monday to Friday with the opportunity for overtime.
Some Saturday work may be available for the right applicant as needed.
