The Qualities You Offer
- Trade Qualified Diesel Mechanic
- Experience with Heavy Road Transport & other mobile plant & equipment (desirable)
- knowledge of CAT, CUMMINGS, SCANIA, VOLVO diesel heavy engines & systems (desirable)
- Ability to work unsupervised
- produce quality work with attention to detail.
- commitment to safety.
- HR licence (desirable)
- Requirement to document & record repair procedures for compliance requirements
- Forklift ticket (desirable)
- Working at Heights Certificate (desirable)
A Typical day as a KBL mechanic
Due to the variety of vehicles, a typical day in the workshop offers a variety of activities for our maintenance team, from servicing & repairs to preventative maintenance and new vehicle preservice inspection
