Opportunities are available for a full-time permanent Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our Fleet Maintenance team located at our New Cecil Park Workshop in Western Sydney. Days and afternoon shift positions are available plus weekend overtime. To be considered for this role you must have the following:
- Current drivers' license
- Strong commitment to working at a high standard with emphasis on quality workmanship with excellent work ethics.
- Committed toward Workplace Health & Safety
- Flexibility to work reasonable amount of overtime when required.
- Mechanical trade qualification as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic is desirable but will consider Light Vehicle & others willing to upgrade with company support.
- Must be a team player and understand the importance of safety and compliance.
- proven experience as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic or other
- Previous fleet and/or trailer maintenance and servicing experience desirable
- HR truck license (or above) & LF forklift ticket would be advantageous but not essential.
- Experience with Kenworth would be highly regarded.
