Qualifications & experience
- Relevant Heavy Vehicle Qualification
- Vehicle Licence - Car
- HR Licence - Desirable
- Fork Lift Licence - Desirable
- First Aid Certificate - Desirable
- Air Conditioning Licence - Desirable
- NSW Roadworthy Inspector for Heavy Vehicles - Desirable
- Repair and maintain customer equipment as per OEM requirements
Tasks & responsibilities
- Run vehicle diagnostics and plan repairs
- Perform major and minor repairs and maintenance work in accordance with industry, company and OEM standards
- Carry out service and repairs on leading major brands
- Maintain accurate records for compliance purposes
- Ability to utilise computers for diagnostics
- Ability to perform electrical repairs and diagnosis
- Self motivated and attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and diagnostic ability
- Participate in rostered Saturday work and on call roster for after hours breakdowns
