Heavy Vehicle Mechanic

Excellent opportunity for a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join an industry leader!

To be considered for the role you must have:

• Trade qualifications (Heavy Vehicle or Light Vehicle with diesel exp)
• Open HR license preferred but not essential
• Exposure to Drill Rigs highly desirable
• Experience in pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical system repair and maintenance
• Mechanical fault diagnosis
• Order and control of parts, lubricants and consumables
• Participate and attend relevant pre-start and safety toolbox meetings
• Adhere to and promote a positive HSE culture within the workplace
• Excellent references from previous jobs
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Previous mining industry experience is desirable.

You will be working on 4 wheel drive vehicles, trucks, Drill Rigs and heavy equipment associated with a mining company. The ability to pass a Drug Screen and Medical is required.
