The Company:

The company operates throughout Australia and New Zealand and works on a wide range of challenging and rewarding projects.
The Role:
We are currently seeking experienced batch plant operators and experienced labourers. We work on a wide range of piling and foundation projects across Australia in both the building and construction industry and infrastructure works.
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our project crews to operate a wide range of ancillary equipment safely and efficiently, as well as general labourers to assist in project work. Both roles involve working in small crews and being able to demonstrate willingness and versatility to assist the team to complete the project on time and within budget.
You:
Experience required for batch plant operators:
- 2 years plus experience in the piling industry
- Ability to safely operate batch plants
- Experience working with cementitious products and drilling fluids
- General Safety Induction Card
- Dogman Ticket
Experience required for skilled labourers:
- 2 years plus experience in the piling industry
- General Safety Induction Card
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
To be successful, regardless of position, you must have:
- Demonstrable piling experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to listen to and execute instructions in a high-risk environment
- Demonstrable track record of working safely
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Driver’s License and own transport
You may also be required to travel and work interstate and in remote areas on occasion.
