The Role: Heavy Vehicle / Trailer Mechanics
We are seeking a full-time Heavy Vehicle / Trailer Mechanic to work on the servicing and repairs of our commercial tanker products.
- Perform inspections, routine maintenance and mechanical repairs to Heavy Vehicles and trailers.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
You:
- Trade Qualified Heavy Vehicle or Trailer Mechanic (or similar trade) with 2 years post-trade experience
- Experience in:
- Auto Electrical
- Pneumatics
- Hydraulics
- Suspension
- Air brake systems
- Ability to read & interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Knowledge of safety requirements and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Heavy Vehicle trailers and tankers would be highly regarded.
- HC or MC driver’s license would be highly regarded.
