Heavy Vehicle Workshop Administrator

Action Mechanical Specialists is looking for a Heavy VehicleWorkshop Administrator with parts interpretation experience.  

We have been in business for over forty years and are well known throughout SE Queensland as an industry leader in the maintenance of heavy commercial vehicles.  Conveniently located in North Brisbane, Banyo with free on site parking. 

Your main tasks will be:

• Attending to telephone and counter enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Inventory management and stock control
• Ordering parts via online portals or over the phone
• Accurately completing relevant documentation including invoices and payment

This is a full time position, Monday to Friday with no weekend work, whilst working alongside a friendly and professional team.

The successful candidate should possess:

• Familiarity with Greentree program or similar 
• Sound knowledge of truck and trailer parts
• A current manual drivers licence
• Good administration and organisational skills
• Solid computer skills
