About the Role:
We are seeking skilled Height Safety Installations technicians to join our rapidly expanding portfolio of projects in the Greater Sydney Region and Regional NSW. This role may require some travel and working away from home, with all travel related expenses covered. The successful candidates for this role, will be provided with a full uniform including all PPE requirements. Rigcom provides all work-related tools of the trade. This role also provides a clear path for progression into leadership roles and training in other areas of the business. All induction and training courses will be paid for by RIGCOM, this includes core skills such as Working at Height’s certification.
About You:
The ideal candidates for this role will preferably have a trade background in roofing, carpentry or similar trades. Although this is not essential as all on the job and external training will be provided for the successful applicants, a strong experience in the use of hand tools is required. You must have a strong work ethic and pride of workmanship, coupled with an excellent teamwork mentality. To be successful in this role an enthusiasm for working outdoors and at heights are essential qualities to ensure success. As a guide you will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Manual Driver’s Licence (Preferred)
- Construction White Card
- Demonstrated reliability
- Use of hand tools
- Trade Certificate or equivalent experience
A willingness to learn and develop your skills will also be seen as an advantage.
