We are looking for a suitably skilled admin officer /scheduler to operate for St Mary's Home Care which is a small Home Care provider in Caloundra. Small team environment and excellent training provided.
Hours would be approximately 70 to 75 hrs. per fortnight.
Duties would include:
- Process invoices.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation.
- Managing clients visits and scheduling
- Responsible for ensuring the team have completed all compliance documentation as required.
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Participate in team meetings
- Liaise regularly with the Home Support Team members to discuss client and care worker issues, staffing resources and any issue that affects rostering.
