We offer

  • Permanent full time position or the opportunity to discuss part time (0.8 FTE) with us
  • Great salary + super + salary packaging (Pre-tax $15,900) + a company car
  • Flexible working arrangements - Home/On the road/Office (Bella Vista, NSW)
  • 38 hrs/week or 40 hrs/week with monthly ADO
  • Five weeks annual leave

About the Role
We seek an accomplished enthusiastic health professional to join our business development team. Highly skilled in care planning and with a commitment to quality client outcomes, our Home Care Advisors develop strong business relationships with key referral partners in order to expand our client base. As a member of our team of Home Care Advisors you will:

  • Proactively build strong referral pipelines, based on extensive and current knowledge of local partners and their potential client base/s;
  • Build trusting relationships with our prospective clients, families and/or carers, identifying client care needs and goals
  • Collaborate with our Care Connect support teams to seamlessly establish effective care services and relationships between clients and our dedicated Care Managers
  • Ensure that quality and compliance is maintained and that continuous improvement is at the forefront.

About You
To be successful in the role you will:
  • Hold relevant qualifications: Nursing, Allied Health or Social Work, or other relevant qualification
  • Possess robust knowledge of the primary healthcare sector and hospitals, to enable you to build collaborative partnerships
  • Demonstrate energy, competence and confidence in productive networking, relationship development, target marketing to specific channel prospects, and advanced selling skills
  • Be able to effectively share your understanding of the Home Care sector, explaining both financial and non-financial elements simply, clearly and accurately
  • Be experienced in care planning with key a focus on quality health outcomes
  • Be committed to providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Demonstrate superior interpersonal skills and an exceptional professional demeanour
  • Be a caring, ethical, highly motivated professional who treats others with respect and upholds privacy and confidentiality of client information
  • Be highly computer literate including using a CRM, and proven ability to pick up new technologies with ease.

  • Prior experience in a business development role would be an advantage, but is not essential
  • Prior experience in health, medical devices or pharmaceutical sectors highly regarded
