Adventist Senior Living are seeking passionate Home Care Employee's (Personal Care & Domestic Assistance) to service our clients in the Central Coast region, multiple opportunities, Immediate Start!.
The role of our Home Care Employee's is to provide a high level of quality individualised care to Home Care Consumers while maintaining commitment to respecting the values, preferences, culture and spiritual beliefs of the consumer and their representatives.
ABOUT YOU
Have or Willing to Obtain:
- Certificate 3 Aged Care or Equivalent - Personal Care
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Hepatitis B vaccination
- First Aid Certificate
- Reliable Car with Registration + Comprehensive Insurance
- Current Drivers Licence
Demonstrated Skills & Experience in:
- Working with people
- Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
- Following instructions & procedures
- Planning & organising
- Coping with pressures & setbacks
ABOUT US
Adventist Senior Living (ASL) is a ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church (Northern NSW conference) seeking to enhance the physical, spiritual, social and emotional wellbeing of older Australians through Christ-centred care.
The Home Care team provide a range of clinical, domestic, transport and social services to consumers in ASL Lifestyle Communities and the broader local community.
Home Care Employees provide a key service in enabling consumers to remain at home, maintain their independence and meet their social needs through the delivery of personal and domestic care, medication monitoring, transport and social support.
