AQ is Australia's largest dementia association and a leading provider of community care services in Southeast Queensland. AQ's Home Care team provides a restorative and wellness approach to enable older people to remain at home and engaged with their communities longer.

With steady growth in the sector, we are now seeking a Home Care Manager to oversee, lead and build all aspects of our community services in QLD. The Home Care Manager will manage the Home Care Packages (HCP) Program and the transition to Support at Home Program. The Home Care Manager will manage teams that deliver services across Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast and Toowoomba.
