What your day will look like?
- Laundry services including washing, folding, sorting and ironing
- Meal Preparation: Assisting clients with meal preparation and getting to know their preferences for healthy eating
- Transport assistance: some of our clients would love assistance getting from A to B
- Shopping: picking up groceries as required for your clients
- Companionship: having a chat over a cup of tea and a game of cards
- Medication reminders: help our clients to live independently and prompt any medication
- Small domestic tasks including wiping down benches and vacuuming
- Respite: support families who need a break by spending time with their loved one
- Independent living assistance: Assist our clients by helping organise appointments, paying some bills or teach them how to use technology or catch public transport
Essential Criteria
- Eligible visa with work rights in Australia
- Understand and knowledge around Disability or Aged Care
- Able to provide a Police Check
- Able to provide two references
- Current drivers licence
- First aid and CPR
- Manual Handling
- NDIS Workers check (or willing to apply)
- 3x Covid Vaccinations
