Casual Support Workers in NDIS and Aged Care – Certificate III and Domestic Support Worker Roles available.
Our Story
ESAR Home Care was established in 2003 from a desire to provide tailored services to people who live with disability and are elderly living in their homes.
As a registered NDIS service provider, we specialize in administering in-home and community supports, thereby empowering individuals to enhance their quality of life and foster independence.
ESAR has long established relationships with many aged care providers, delivering in home supports to the aged community on their behalf.

Our organisation places great emphasis on quality, providing our staff with comprehensive training and opportunities for personal development.
While you will primarily work independently, you will benefit from the guidance and support of our experienced coordinators. ESAR is looking for suitably experienced Support Workers in the following locations with:
Certificate III (Individual Support – Disability/Ageing, Community Services) in the following areas:
Northern Adelaide:
- NDIS Two Female Support Workers – Weekday Evenings and Weekends 7am-3pm. Preference for English as first language. Personal Care, Manual Handling and Medication experience.
- Aged Care Two Female Support Workers – Weekday School hours. Preference for English as first language. Must be willing to undertake Domestic cleaning and Social Support Services.
Southern Adelaide:
- Aged Care Two Male Support Workers – Weekday School hours. Preference for English as first language. Must be willing to undertake Domestic services and Social Support Services.
- Aged Care One Female Support Worker - Weekday School hours. Preference for English as first language. Must be willing to undertake Domestic Cleaning and Social Support Services.
Western Adelaide:
- NDIS One Female Support Worker – Weekday Mornings/ School Hours. Preference for English as first language. Personal Care, Manual Handling and Medication experience.
Your role:
As a Disability /Personal Care Support Worker with Certificate III qualifications your role will include:
- In-home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, medication assistance, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry & ironing
- Providing care following the client’s individualised Care Plan
- Supporting with community-based recreational and social activities
- Promote independence and community participation at every opportunity
- Provide services as directed by the Individual Client Support Plans and document case notes
- Encouraging and assisting clients in social and community participation/engagement
- Encouraging and assisting clients to work towards their goals and improve independence.
As a Domestic (cleaning) Support Worker (no Certificate III required) your role will include:
- Cleaning inside clients homes
- Hanging Washing/Ironing
- Bed making.
Our applicants will have:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and composed demeanour, enabling the provision of exceptional client support.
- Have Certificate III experience in working with clients to achieve their goals
- Willingness to work with multiple clients in any one day.
Skills and experience required:
- Current Australian Driver’s License
- Reliable Vehicle
- National Police Clearance
- DHS Screening (NDIS Worker Check)
- First Aid & CPR Certificates
- COVID-19 vaccinations and booster
- NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
- Certificate III in Aged, Disability or Individual Support (or equivalent) (PSW)
- Willingness to participate in workplace Induction and training.
