We are seeking a reliable, empathetic and compassionate Care Worker for immediate start to provide long term care and assistance to our NDIS clients' in their own home. A variety of shifts available are from 2 hours to 8 hours per week, Inactive overnights, weekday and weekend work.Tasks and responsibilities
- Provide complex care for clients with high care disability needs.
- Assistance with personal care including assisted commode hoist, showered and dressed for the day, full assist with powered wheelchair
- Domestic assistance: Cleaning the home so they have a safe and tidy environment to live in
- Meal preparation and feeding
- Medication collection, management and administration
- Daily documentation including progress notes
- Transport to appointments
- Shopping and social outings

- Above market rates: $34-$38 per hour dependant on experience and qualifications, Weekend & Public holiday rates apply
- Train station within 10 minutes of clients residence

- 24-hour phone and email support from our office based in the Sutherland Shire
Essential Requirements
- Current clear National Police Check
- CV, Resume
- 100 points ID
- Up to date CPR & First Aid Certificate
- Working with Children Check
- Covid vaccination x 2 and 1 Booster
Desirable Attributes
- High care personal disability Care Worker experience
- Certificate level achievements
- Hoist experience highly regarded however, not essential and training will be provided
