Our high-performing teams of Home and Investment Lending Managers play a critical role in making this happen, by supporting our customers to save for, buy and own their own home or investment property.
As an ANZ Home & Investment Lending Manager, your knowledge of the local market will help you build strong relationships with customers so you can coach them through the home loan journey and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Role Location: Bankstown Central Shopping Centre, shop P1, North Terrace, Bankstown NSW 2200
Role Type: 12-Month Opportunity
What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a strong customer focus, with home lending and retail banking experience
- Be financially savvy, with a keen attention to detail
- Be an active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutions
- Be able to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
- Be an excellent communicator with great presentation and interpersonal skills
- Be proactive and love a collaborative team environment
