It’s a fun and exciting time to join ING and we are looking for an ambitious, passionate and customer centric Home Loan Specialist to join our high performing Direct Mortgages Team.
This position is a Full-Time and permanent opportunity based in Wyong, where you’ll be responsible for converting mortgage leads and referrals into applications while ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience through to settlement. You’ll also be part of a fun and supportive team where we encourage collaboration and celebrate each other’s successes.

Our Home Loan Specialists are required to participate in a rotating roster between the hours of 8am to 8pm and you will be required to work the occasional Saturday shift.

What you’ll do
- Contact and update customers from initial call through to submission to credit.
- Drive growth in our Direct Mortgages portfolio.
- Determine and analyse product options in line with information gathered from customers.
- Establish and build a working relationship with your sales support teams/colleagues.
- Meet and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction measured in ‘Customer Experience’ Surveys.
- Experience working within banking, mortgages (brokerage or similar) or have a strong sales background.
- Great initiative – if you don’t know the answer you will ask the question; a true self-starter with a can-do attitude.
- Proven experience working to tight deadlines and meeting agreed KPIs.
- A customer centric mindset and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
