Role: Marketing & Communications Specialist
Capacity: Part-time (with potential to move to full-time)
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum pro-rata.
Start date: 1st May 2024

The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, this is a newly created role in the marketing function alongside a Senior Marketing Executive.
We are seeking someone with 4+years of marketing or related experience to help grow the business as we excitingly embark on a new venture. You will be assisting with developing brand plans, managing digital channels, content creation, and building the brand to meet business goals & targets.

Responsibilities:
- Developing marketing strategy & brand planning, including the marketing budget, channel mix, media planning, and campaign creation in collaboration with the existing marketing team
- Overseeing execution of the marketing plans, including digital marketing, search, display, PR, editorial content, and social media.
- Managing internal stakeholders, external partnerships & agency relationships, including law societies and creative agencies.
- Collaborating with Sales team on the customer journey & experience, including CRM.
- Keeping informed & up-to-date with the lending economy and property market to adapt plans & produce relevant content.
- Managing the brand website and owned channels to ensure optimisation and high quality relevance & user experience.
- Budget management, including ROI optimisation.
- Setting KPIs, tracking performance, and reporting on delivery to business objectives.
Desired traits:
- 4YR+ experience in marketing, PR, or related fields
- Excellent writing skills that are adaptable to different tones of voice & formats
- Digital marketing skills, including platforms such as Wordpress, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mail Chimp, and social media
- Creative flair with ability to lead creation of outstanding campaigns & assets
- Ideally skilled at Adobe suite & video editing software
- Experience with CRM
- Marketing data analysis & application
- Empathetic, cultural fit and strong brand ambassador
