About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our diverse, compassionate and dedicated team to provide effective and efficient administrative support and customer service in a busy health care setting. Our Administration Officer plays a key role in liaising with staff, clients and their families and ensuring the delivery of exemplary customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service excellence and represent the Calvary Brand with each internal/external customer transaction.
- Support and promote the Home and organisation in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Deliver a high level of customer service to all key stakeholders.
- Presenting a caring and customer focussed experience to any visitors to the Home through being the first point of contact with the Home.
What you bring
- Ensure that the administrative activities of the Home are clear and timely in order to support the smooth delivery of consumer care.
- Facilitate communication with residents and/or their representatives, and other key stakeholders in relation to office administration requirements.
- Reception duties including answering phones, meet and greeting visitors/contractors and booking and confirming appointments.
- An effective listener with the ability to communicate at all levels both orally and in writing with excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work both within a team environment and autonomously
- Proficient knowledge and application of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
