The Society of Saint Hilarion Inc Aged Care is a not for profit organisation with over 30 years experience providing Residential Aged Care services across two sites and other Home Care and Community programs.
About the role
As a Home Support Worker, you will provide services that support our clients to stay independent in their own homes for as long as possible.
Personal Care: Helping with showering and getting dressed.
Social Wellbeing: Encouraging social connectedness through conversation, outings, and Healthy Living Activities.

About You:
- Hold Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualifications (Enrolled Nurse qualification would be highly regarded)
- Similar experience providing client centred care (desirable)
- Hold a current First Aid certificate
- Hold a current Australian driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Medication Administration/Assist certificate (Desirable)
- Italian language speakers (Highly Desirable)
- Familiarity with information technology
- A National Police Clearance no more than 12 months old (or willing to obtain one)
