Your new company is an established not-for-profit community services organisation that provides short-term and temporary accommodation to those in need within the local community.
Your new role
Your new role will be responsible for the provision of case management, advocacy and support for clients engaged in temporary supported accommodation. Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Provide holistic support throughout all facets of the client's journey
- Assist in enabling clients to reconnect with their community by providing information and referral advice within the context of approved case management plans
- Adhoc tidying and support duties around the facility as required
- Perform shift work including afternoon, night and weekend work, in line with your availability
What you'll need to succeed
- Cert III in Community Services or related qualifications preferable
- Previous experience as a Support Worker or homelessness case manager
- Ability to pass a criminal history check
- COVID Vaccination Certificate
What you'll get in return

- $37.91/hr with $57.86 Sleepover Rate
