My Place is a values-based organisation that supports people with disabilities to pursue the lifestyle of their choice. 

We are seeking a reliable, motivated and committed host family who would like to provide weekend respite support once a month to a fun-loving 41year-old gentleman who has Down Syndrome living in Warnbro.   

If you have a positive outlook, a genuine caring nature, good communication skills and have a safe and nurturing home, we would like to hear from you. 

Applicants must have completed the NDIS Worker Screening process and the NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’.
