AddressManawee Garden Centre is an established Retail Nursery based in Buderim. We are currently looking for a person who has a genuine passion in horticulture to join the team.
The successful applicant should be a Trade Qualified person with a minimum Cert III in Horticulture or similar, although all applicants with over 2 years of garden industry experience will be considered.
POSITION: Garden Centre Retail Sales / Nursery Presentation
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills are required as supporting and selling to our valued customers is the highest priority of our Nursery. You will need to be able to give plant advice and garden ideas.
It will involve all aspects of the day to day running of the Nursery; including plant care, pricing, receiving stock, displays etc.
The ability to work outside is a requirement of this role. Some weekend work may be required.
Further critical requirements for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Extensive plant, pest and disease knowledge
• Punctuality and good presentation
• Willingness to take and follow instructions
• Excellent work ethic, highly motivated and have the ability to think for yourself
This is a full-time position. You will be remunerated based on skill and experience.
