About the Role
Western Health are currently seeking applications for Hospital Medical Officer positionsfrom May 2024 onwards.
Appointments will be available across the General, Surgical and Medical streams. Rotations available are limited to current gaps within the above mentioned streams. The opportunity to discuss rotations and length of contract will be available at interview.
Please refer to the attached information guide, which provides information on rotations available within each stream.
Western Health offers a supported training environment where Senior Medical Staff make an effort to know you personally. Junior doctors are supported by a dedicated Director of Clinical Training and Medical Education Officer.
To be Successful in this Role you will:
Hold or be eligible for medical registration with AHPRA
Have completed a minimum of 1 year full time medical employment post Primary Medical Degree (MBBS), and
Meet AHPRA's recency of practice requirements for medical registration.
