Job description

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Handling high volume inbound and outbound calls via digital call switchboard.
  • Answer, screen, forward Phone calls and queries for the Business
  • Managing /Responding / forwarding the daily emails
  • Delivering assistance in a polite, clear, well-spoken and calm manner in all circumstances
  • Performing routine clerical duties as required by the Manager
  • Office administration, Data Entry, Book Keeping

Skills we are looking for:

  • Someone with experience in a Hospital or a Health Organisation would be advantageous
  • Friendly welcoming professional with good telephone manners.
  • Well presented, hardworking and enjoys helping people.
  • Possess great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Photoshop.
  • Work well independently and productively within a small team environment.
