About the Role
An opportunity is available for an experienced Hospital Sales Representative to join the General Medicines Cardiovascular team based in Brisbane on a 12-month contract.
You will be responsible for maximising specialists’ prescription recommendations of Praluent (Alirocumab) within the hospital and specialist private rooms arena.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new product within the cardiovascular market. You will work autonomously in a small, highly skilled specialist team where your judgment and expertise will influence all levels of the business.
What you will bring
You will have experience already in this field and be an enthusiastic and solutions-focused individual with demonstrated successful performance within the hospital arena looking for the next step in your career.
Ideally you are tertiary qualified in Science and possess the ability to learn and impart highly technical, complex disease and product information. You also have a strong understanding of the hospital environment including policies and procedures, formulary approvals and protocols.
You will be self-motivated with demonstrated commitment to a high level of customer service, you are an articulate professional with exceptional selling, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Your strong commercial acumen and sound judgment will be essential to your success.
