The Role – Internal Sales Representative
Make a significant impact on our success story and be a driving force in achieving our ambitious targets.
Join the team as our newest Internal Sales representative, responsible for qualifying multiple lead sources to increase the opportunity pipeline for the Sales Team and expanding existing business relationships.
This role is specifically focussed on our customers after sales experience and maximising sales opportunities during the contract lifecycle. The Internal Sales Representative is accountable to develop and grow existing customer accounts, as well as developing bulk campaigns to assist in achieving financial targets across all regions.
Key responsibilities include:
· Manage incoming lead sources across various digital platforms.
· Manage new customer after sales journey by deploying retention, upselling & cross selling techniques.
· Re-visit current customer database and uncover additional opportunities.
· Work with the Sales Manager to develop and deploy key account management process to increase YGG sales.
· Collaborate with Sales Manager and Marketing Manager to create and deploy dealer, broker and customer based bulk EDM promotions on a regular basis.
· Monitor key competitor activity and data.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, distributors, and key accounts.
· Participate in relevant industry events and conferences to enhance the company's presence and network.
About You
As a key member of the sales team, you will possess strong communication and collaborative abilities, you will also have:
· Proven customer service or key account experience (mandatory)
· A collaborative approach that ensures mutually beneficial outcomes both internally and externally.
· Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously.
· Experience using HubSpot or other CRM.
· Demonstrated capability in qualifying sales leads and developing sales proposals.
· Effective time management.
· Excellent industry knowledge and contacts (desired).
