Queen's College is looking for a full time hospitality co-ordinator to join our team. Queen’s is a prestigious residential college located just 10 minutes from the CBD. You will be working alongside a professional and talented team to deliver a high quality dining experience to our residents and guests.
The position:
Full time flexible roster to cover after hours events and functions.
Ensures all aspects of the front of house service delivery are of a high standard including set up of rooms, tables, formal halls, student events, alumni events, conferencing activities etc. and liaising with suppliers.
Provides leadership to, and supervision and training of the front of house team in all aspects of front of house activities (i.e. waiters, student waiters, set up, delivery of the event, food/beverage service etc.)
The qualities you will need:
Excellent attention to detail
A drive to exceed expectations in service & client satisfaction
Immaculate personal appearance and presentation in the workplace
Excellent organisation and great communication skills
You will be able to think rationally.
You will have:
5 years experience in a similar position
Current police check
Working with children check
Must have the right to work in Australia
