We are on the lookout for a skilled ACCOUNTS COORDINATOR to join a collaborative and dynamic team on behalf of our client, a well-regarded architectural studio within Melbourne’s CBD.
Our client is a large Melbourne-Based architectural practice with a passion for people-led design and creativity. They are looking for an experienced ACCOUNTS COORDINATOR with a consistent history with an ability for coordinating and prioritising workflows in fast paced environments. Our ideal candidate would have strong working knowledge of MYOB Account Right Plus and excellent Microsoft capabilities with a strong knowledge of programs like outlook, excel and Word. The ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with the management team is also highly important to succeed within this role.
This role would be reporting directly to the Senior Principle and Finance Manager on the status of consultant invoices, external invoice reconciliation and ordering coordination. Your day to day would include;
- Coordinating weekly consultant invoices
- Reconciliation of external invoices (for services, credit cards, travel, etc)
- MYOB data entry and maintenance
- Monitoring accounts payable for impending due dates
- Processing supplier payments
- Archiving financial reports and information
- Supporting the business and accounts team
- Completing various ad hoc duties as they come up
This role is available on either a 4 or 5 day per week arrangement and offers a hybrid work environment of 2 days in studio and 2 or 3 days from home.
