Hospitality Manager| Pinangba | Roving Position

- Location: Townsville/Cairns with the ability to travel to all Pinangba sites

Pinangba operates as a brand of UnitingCare working in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across Queensland. We deliver a range of services including aged care, respite, family therapy and drug and alcohol rehabilitation services.
Reporting to the General Manager – Pinangba, you will be responsible to provide support, oversight, education and inform Hospitality Site Services; food services, housekeeping, and laundry staff. It is a requirement for the role to assist the sites to maintain the related service delivery standards and quality in these areas in line with all State, Federal and/or National Regulatory and Legislative requirements including Aged care Quality Standards.

The Hospitality Manager is responsible to:
- Lead, manage and coordinate Hospitality staff
- Maintain related service delivery standards, regulations and legislative requirements
- Manage the hospitality service in line with Pinagba’s model of care
- Manage hospitality budgets and financial outcomes
- What makes a difference for us?
- Qualifications in management related field e.g. Frontline management, Hospitality Management or equivalent skills and experience
- Qualified Chef
- Proven leadership experience, managing a diverse team
- Demonstrated understanding of Quality and Food Safety Standards
- Great communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
