The Role:
As a member of the leadership team, including roles such as Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant's daily operations. You will lead by example and ensure all customers receive exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate or lead with the Management team to implement and enforce operational policies, foster a harmonious culture, and work towards achieving all operational goals.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Seeking hospitality professionals with previous leadership experience in a similar role
- Previous food handling experience in a QSR environment with fantastic knowledge of Food Health & Safety practices
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team with a "lead from the front" attitude
- Strong communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and suppliers effectively
- Previous experience managing budgets and financials, including wastage and labour reports
