Form of workThe Jurien Bay Hotel Motel are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in the coastal town of Jurien Bay.
We are a very busy venue incorporating a restaurant, sports bar and 32 motel rooms
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Restaurant Manager. This position will require you to have hands on approach during service periods
The Key Duties and responsibilities of this position include:
Supervise & control the Food & Beverage service to the required standards within the venue
Ensure prompt & efficient service of all Food & Beverage
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Lead your team and manage staff to ensure restaurant levels are consistent and of the highest possible standard
Close the venue at the end of the night
Work well under pressure and communicate with other staff members and Chef's
Promptly address customer concerns
The required Skills & Experience:
A minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
Hold a current Approved Manager Certificate for Western Australia
Strong verbal & written English language skills
Have a professional, friendly & engaging personality
High level of computer skills
Willing to relocate to Jurien Bay- Accommodation available
Salary of $70,000 plus superannuation
