Cherubino City Cellar is a restaurant in the heart of Subiaco, a vibrant mix between modern and classic. Open from Wednesday to Saturday, our focus is customer service with dishes featuring seasonal products, a Creation Cocktail list and, of course, our premium wines.
We are currently looking to hire a dynamic and energetic Restaurant/ Beverage Manager to take control of our restaurant.

About the Role
This new role will require a “Hands on” Restaurant/ Beverage Manager and you will be rostered to work 38+ hours per week

The ideal Candidate will have previous supervisory and/or management experience, a strong hospitality background, knowledge and interest in wine and a focus on customer service to deliver the Cherubino experience. You will also need a current RSA certificate and Approved Manager.
