We're on the hunt for an experienced Hospitality Venue Manager for a busy entertainment venue in Darwin.

You will have the capability to manage and lead the team, ensure the smooth operational workflow of the business in all areas to ensure our customers and clients have a rewarding and memorable experience.
Ideally you will have come from a similar venue within a background in a disciplined, innovative hospitality company and thrive on taking the lead to get things done and achieve a profitable outcome for the business. You excel at dealing with operational challenges in a tightly resourced environment and the people and issues that come with the business.
To ensure your success in this role, you will have:
- A minimum 2+ years’ experience in a managerial role
- Passion for providing quality and exceptional customer service
- Strong budget management, staff recruitment skills
- Strong leadership capabilities, true motivator and a dedicated mentor
- Excellent knowledge of produce and wine and operation of a venue
- High level of cleanliness and hygiene, immaculate grooming and presentation
- Ability to work 5 days within a 7 day roster with 2 days off (occasional night shifts)
- Clear communication skills, flexible, resilient and passionate
Advantageous;
- Experience using the H&L POS System
- Experience providing and executing a costed roster
- Knowledge of stocktake and BOH stock systems
- Experience with gaming machines
