A unique opportunity to provide multi site leadership across the Northern Territory. The Northern Territory spans from the lush, tropical Top End to the arid and spectacular Central Australia. The Senior Venue Manager for Northern Territory(NT) will be responsible for overseeing all NT Venues.
This is an exciting time to join the ALH Team in the Northern Territory as we welcome another Venue to the mix, in June! You will work alongside Operations and State Leaders to execute and drive innitatives. There is plenty to see and do and a fantastic opportunity to develop and grow your exisiting leadership skills.

What you'll do:
- Engage with the State Manager and Operations Managers to drive ALH initiatives across all venues
- Coach and support Venue Managers within your portfolio to achieve sales and monthly profit targets, whilst ensuring customer service standards are maintained in all areas of the venue
- Demonstrate commitment to building a safety conscious culture whilst ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations across all venues
- Ensure your Venue Managers are leading and driving local marketing initiatives to drive sales and profit and cost targets and developing the business
- Coach Venue Managers in property presentation and standards of visual merchandising to be well executed
What you'll need:
- You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, be a good communicator, effective coach, organiser & delegator with experience in a matrix organisation
- Experience of balancing customer requirements and service capabilities with operational experience to effectively deliver the venues vision
- Multi-unit management skills; operational skills - cellar, bar, food, gaming, wagering, and internal systems
- Industry licences and accreditation;. gaming licence, RSA/RSG/National Police Check/NT Police Fingerprints
- Able to qualify to meet the State liquor licensing nominee/liquor appointee requirements
- Current Driver's licence
