The Role
They are seeking a fun, vibrant, passionate, innovative and service focused Venue Manager who will work closely with the owners and kitchen team to implement growth in Food, Beverage and Function business while maintaining outstanding customer experiences. Training of staff, their performance, functions and events will be at the forefront of this role, plus much more!
Skills & Attributes
- Previous experience in a similar venue and role- Outstanding food and beverage knowledge- Ability to train, develop, motivate your team- Knowledge and experience in event/function coordination/administration- Ability to work to KPI's and budgets
