Address Starting June 2024, Hospitality Staff are required for an establishment approximately 360km west of Alice Springs, Northern Territory. These are casual positions for approximately 6 - 9 months.
1 x F&B Attendants:
Supplying, dispensing and mixing liquor, including selling liquor from the bottle department
Assisting in the cellar or bottle department
Undertaking general waiting duties for food or beverages or both,including cleaning tables
Receiving money
Attending a snack bar
Performing delivery duties; and
Taking reservations, greeting and seating guests.
3 x Kitchen Hands:
General cleaning duties within a kitchen or food preparation area or scullery ,including cleaning cooking and general utensils used in a kitchen or restaurant
Assisting employees who are cooking
Assembling and preparing ingredients for cooking
General pantry duties.
There is potential for applicants to be upskilled and training is provided. Full Time positions offer 38 hours per week. Pay rate is Level 1 in line with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award: $23.23 ordinary.
3 x Gardner / Maintenance staff
Key tasks are:
- Gardening and upkeep of lawn areas
- Basic maintenance duties such as fixing sprinklers or minor repairs to the property
- Cleaning of public areas
- Liaising with management regarding any issues that arise and record-keeping
3 x Guest Service Attendants
Key tasks are:
- Servicing and cleaning accommodation areas
- Receiving and assisting guests at the entrance to the establishment
- Driving a passenger vehicle or courtesy bus
- Transferring guests baggage to and from rooms
- Assisting in the dry cleaning process
- Performing cleaning duties using specialised equipment and chemicals
- Providing butler services such as food, beverage and personalised guest service.
There is potential for applicants to be up skilled and training is provided. Casual positions offer 30 hours per week. Pay rate is Level 1 in line with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award: $29.04 ordinary.
