Assistant Director, Staff Wellbeing

The purpose of the Wellbeing team is to lead the delivery of system-wide Staff Wellbeing initiatives designed to support the wellbeing of all educators, school leaders and corporate staff in the work they do. The team works collaboratively across the branch and divisions within the agency to be informed and deliver on an integrated response to the wellbeing strategy. The Assistant DirectorStaff Wellbeing is responsible for overseeing the development and integration of and has experience managing a team to deliver the department’s service strategy relating to employee wellbeing.

Utilising contemporary based evidence and data to inform support and service delivery that improves employee wellbeing, engagement, resilience and safety of the workforce.
