W Melbourne is the rebel between the streets, sitting in the heart of the Melbourne CBD on the iconic Flinders Lane, the luxury hotel takes its design cues from Australia’s cultural capital and providing the back-lane entrance keys to what’s New/Next in the city. - A current Victorian RSA is essential for your role.
- Embody a polished professionalism with an audacious approach to creativity; a passionate, and a playful spirit that enriches our environment while creating memorable guest experiences.
About the Role
- Welcome guests warmly and ascertain their party size.
- Efficiently seat guests at clean and ready tables, providing menus.
- Navigate guests through dining areas, offering assistance when necessary.
- Adjust table arrangements to accommodate special needs.
- Ensure place settings are complete, including clean silverware and napkins.
- Maintain up-to-date, clean, and well-conditioned menus.
- Keep the work area clean throughout the shift.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with team members.
- Work collaboratively to achieve common goals.
- Address and respond to team members' concerns appropriately.
- Uphold the establishment's quality standards.
